These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DrankShot mobile application (“App”) provided by DrankShot (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

DrankShot is an AI-powered beverage tracking application that: - Allows users to take photos of alcoholic beverages for identification and analysis - Provides information about drink type, estimated alcohol content, and calories - Optionally tracks location where beverages were consumed - Maintains a history of tracked beverages
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not: - Modify, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the App - Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices - Use the App for illegal purposes or to track others’ consumption without consent - Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

DrankShot encourages responsible drinking. Our App is designed to help track consumption, not to encourage excessive alcohol use. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.
